A user will show as anonymous after his or her LEGO ID has been disabled, banned or he/she has deleted the account. When this happens, their content is not necessarily removed from the LEGO Message Boards. Their content will remain so that the discussion is not interrupted, but their avatar and username are made "anonymous" on all of their past posts. When the LEGO Message Boards were updated, the users who had deleted their accounts, such as Imabadger, or been banned, such as Ihaveawiixboxds' old account, became anonymous users. This is the only avatar that isn't a LEGO Minifigure, except for Lithium-Admin's.
Occasionally, a user will post while logged out, resulting in an Anonymous post.
There was a glitch that made some user look Anonymous.[source?]
